[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Disable Menu on Multiuser Sites

    Hello

    I have installed Contact Form 7 on my WordPress Multisite 3.2.1
    Now I want to disable the Contact Menu in the Dashboard for all users that have not at least the administrator rights.

    I know how to hide the Contact Menu, but I want to disable the functionnaltiy completely (like the creation of new forms etc.)

    Any ideas how to do this?
