Disable Constant Contact

Hi, I recently set up the built-in Constant Contact integration. After setting this up I decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted, but I am unable to disconnect the integration. I have reset the keys within CF7, and even deleted the Application/API that was created within Constant Contact, but on every form submission, the contact is being added to my Constant Contact list. What can be done to reset/disable this? Thanks in advance!
