MU plugin sounds like an overkill in this case for me, so if there would be another way, I would be happier ??

What about setting a cookie which would cause banner not to show up? Is something like that possible too?

Sure, everything is possible, but a MU plugin would be be no javascript, no cookie, just a WordPress filter.

The main thing here is shutting of our cookie blocker as well, and letting the other tool take over. With javascript, you would need to load after complianz, then dismiss the banner and accept all cookies, and then proceed with the other tooling.

I can make a script, just let me know. A cookie would be a MU plugin as well.
