    Hi @gibarro,

To disable the comments in rtMedia there is an settings available in rtMedia settings. Go to rtMedia -> Display Settings -> Allow user to comment on uploaded media.

You can keep this setting disabled which will prevent users to comment on uploaded media.

Let us know if this helps!

    Regards,
    Pooja

    Hi @gibarro,

You should be able to disable the comment as per the settings provided in above comment. You can go through plugin settings doc – https://rtmedia.io/docs/settings/display/ for more info.

Also, Could you please let me know which version of rtMedia and BuddyPress you are currently using?

    > Is it possible to limit the number of photos to upload ?

Currently this is not possible with the core Plugin. For this feature you need to purchase our Premium plugin – https://rtmedia.io/rtmedia-premium/.

For more info about the feature visit -https://rtmedia.io/docs/addons/restrictions/features/

    Hi @gibarro,

I checked the plugin with the versions you provided and it is working fine.

If Allow user to comment on uploaded media setting is disabled then users cannot comment on the medias.

Note that the above settings only applies to Comment fields within a lightbox media. Users can still comment on media in the BuddyPress Activity feed. If you want to disable these comments the please disable Enable media in comment settings and this is available in following path: rtMedia Settings > BuddyPress > Comment Media.

I hope this will fix your issue.

If still it doesn’t work, please share some screencast to understand the issue better.

    Regards,
    Pooja
