Disable Checkboxes error appearing all over website

  • After I updated one of my sites, this error has been appearing all the time:

    With debug on this is what shows up:

    Undefined index: disable-pingbacks in wp-disable-comments.php on line 437
    Notice: Undefined index: disable-checkboxes in wp-disable-comments.php on line 247

    and in the comments on the admin dashboard, I see this one:

    Notice: Undefined index: disable-authorlink in wp-disable-comments.php on line 211

    The only way to get rid of them is to disable the plugin; no changes made to the plugin settings fix these.

    Any ideas?

    Uploaded a new version where these warnings should not be present. Please update the plugin and let me know whether you see any more warnings.
