Disable cart functionality

I am using woocommerce to try and sell some services I provide, however the problem is my customer can buy only one service at a time. If he has to buy 2 services, the checkout and the payment should be done twice (the process has to be like this).
Is there a way I can completely disable the cart functionality in woocommerce? So that whenever a product is selected, he is directly taken to checkout and then payment. If he navigates away from the checkout, no data is saved.
