disable call function on Laptop browser.

    I have put tell number in the top right contact details, but when this is clicked on the home page, it behaves as if it is trying to dial the number on the laptop browser.
    how can this be resolved that when on a laptop/desktop, this can be disabled, and when on a mobile device, it can call the number.

    I need it to resolve this for a client. WordPress newbie.
    please help.

    Also, need to know how to format home page feature area, in order to align text information in the 3 description areas. I need to use bullet points to highlight the points.
