Disable button is missing when Opt-out feature is chosen

Hello there,

I’m nearly done with all changes I wanted to implement with Ginger Cookie. I bought the Activity Logger and the JsCustom add-on.

I am using Piwik Web Analytics. I want to make sure that the user is able to disable all cookies during his visit, but I do not want to have cookies disabled from start on.
Unfortunately both features – opt-in & opt-out – are causing me trouble:

1. Opt-In
When cklicking on ‘disable’ my Piwik cookies won’t be affected. They will remain unless I put in a javascript url (sub.domain.de) that I want to block in relation to visitor’s choice in JsCustom.

2. Opt-Out
There is no ‘disable’ – which means “cookies are disabled only if explicitly requested” as mentioned in the General Configuration cannot be implemented.

I actually don’ want an opt-in. I would like to have opt-out with a ‘disable’ -option.
Is there any way to have cookies enabled from start on and only when clicking on ‘disable’ have them blocked?
