Disable browser driven text for attachment field

Good morning,

I search the forum but could not find the answer. I’m having a strange issue. I’m building a website in English language and found that the text of the attachment upload field and button is displayed in the browser language (Dutch in our case). Is it possible to diplay this in Englisch language too when browsing the website from The Netherlands?

Sorry, I can’t show the website because it’s not online yet.
