Disable browser auto complete?

Love the improved user experience this provides. However, there is a bad experience issue when the browser’s built-in auto-complete overlaps the Google address complete. So you get 2 menus that appear, the browser menu on top of the Google address complete menu.

Is there any way to disable the browser’s option from appearing just on the address fields?

Obviously, this will vary from the different browsers.
