Disable AutoWP filter when using EDD?

Hi Damian,

Thanks for an awesome plugin, it works great. There’s just one issue I’m running into and that is additional line breaks being inserted in my EDD emails. I tracked down the issue to:

$this->loader->add_filter( 'mailtpl/email_content', '', 'wpautop' );

Is there a way to disable this filter for all emails being sent out via EDD? Maybe a snippet I could add to my custom functions plugin?
