Hello, I would be very happy if you could help me.
Currently we are only running the plugin in sandbox mode, but we are very happy with our tests.

We currently have only one problem:
In Germany it is necessary that the buyer has to click on checkboxes (terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.), also it is necessary that the buyer does not trigger the purchase immediately as soon as he fills in the PayPal form in the popup. It is absolutely necessary that he/she clicks our checkout button in addition to the one of PayPal.
Unfortunately, the checkout button on our checkout page is automatically activated as soon as you press “buy” in the PayPal popup. Is it possible to comment out this function in the PHP code or is there any hook to deactivate it?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hey @sornykonst ,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Happy to help with your questions.

It’s great to hear that your tests are proceeding nicely. Let me break down your different requests below for quick reference:

    – Making checkboxes mandatory

Would it be possible to provide me with a bit more information on this one? Our plugin can’t impose specific limitations as to what checkboxes are considered mandatory during the checkout process, however, in some cases, WooCommerce doesn’t allow a purchase to proceed if the relevant terms aren’t accepted. Are you referring to a different option?

    – Checkout button automatically activated when clicking buy

Would it be possible to let me know if you’re referring to the PayPal button that appears on the cart page? If so, you can disable that if you’d like by navigating at WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Braintree (PayPal) and then you can disable the relevant setting from that page.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit
