Disable automated response

    Hi,

    I need help with automated response, If somebody start conversation, chatbot send a automated response “Get started”. How can I disable this message?

    Hi, @filipfarek
    This button is provided by Facebook and is a mandatory feature for every chatbot.
    Get Started button can’t be disabled because it is considered as opt-in event by Facebook.

    By clicking on it, the sender gets automatically subscribed to your page. That means, for every “GET STARTED” message you receive, you’ve also just gained a Messenger subscriber.

    Get Started button triggers “Welcome Dialog”, if you don’t want any messages to be sent to users after they clicked it – just leave Welcome Message empty. Though it is a good opportunity to break the ice or gain lead information.
