Disable auto pop-up of widget

Hi,

I am a happy user of Tawk.to but I have doubt where most of my users reported it.

Basically my problem is:

I have Tawkto installed in my https://saaspirate.com/ but when a user randomly visits any page on the website they are met with a popup (https://prntscr.com/rwj5ck) so how can I disable it make sure the chat widget only shows like this https://prntscr.com/rwj5q8 on all pages?
