disable auto login and form field arrange

we are using your job manger plugin in listify theme.
our issue is when any one submit listing with account create feature at that time they auto login into website, but we need to disable auto log-in after register when any user submit a listing.
anohter question is we need to arrange submit listing form field.
we arrange form field by priority as per our requirement. but we need to arrange all field including user name and email field as per our requirement any code or hooks for them to rearrange all the field. as per our requirement.Please advise how can we achieve this things.
