Disable apbct-public.min.js preload

Currently Chrome Dev Tools reports the following error:

The resource https://www.awakingproject.com/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/js/apbct-public.min.js?apbct_ver=5.157.2& was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Is there any way to disable preload of the required javascript?
I’m trying to make the site load as fast as possible, even if it involves a little less spam accuracy.
