Disable all WP notification emails?

Hello, after installing the plugin on a few of my sites I see that it works well in handling all the required updates. Now I am being barraged with emails every time WP, a plugin or a theme is updated from every WP site. I see how to disable WP core email notifications, but what about plugins and themes? Now I know the plugin is working well, I believe that I don’t need to be notified of its success.
