Disable ads on blocks

Hi, I have some content blocks in posts to show pop up using lightbox. However, the ads also appear in the pop up block. When I disable ads in the block using <!–NoAds–>, the ads disappear also in the post. How can I disable ads only in blocks, but not in the rest of the post. This is an example
