Disable ads in some tags in post content

Hi,
I insert adsense into post content every n paragraphs. I use a lot of

so I count paragraphs in them also. This works fine.
Problem is that I have some <div>s which also have paragraphs in them, but I dont want to show ads and count those paragraphs in them. How can I configure it?
Divs are small and big ads just break them.
