Disable admin warnings

Is there any way of disabling the Super Cache warnings in the back end? Specifically, we’re keeping wp-cache-config.php in our version control and therefore the writeable/non-writeable warning I’d like to hide.

Similarly our wp-cron is intentionally disabled and run manually via CRON, so I’d love to be able to get rid of that warning about garbage collection too.
