  • Hi There,

Unfortunately, we do not have this option right now. One of the core feature of how FAQ works is the accordion. So we have not thought of having the FAQs without the accordions.

However, I would add this to our backlog and will make sure to let you know once this is pushed up.

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi @pauplesupport

Thank you so much for your reply. Yeah option for plain FAQ listing without accordion will be good, as this will give some flexibility to this nice plugin.

I achieved it with the help of some custom CSS here but the titles are still clickable. If someone does thar it tries to close the answer panel.

I know this is not a permanent solution. I hope this will work until a new update is released.

    Regards.

    Hi There,

I understand that. Thank you so much for your valuable suggestion.

I will make sure to let you know once this feature is pushed up.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi There,

We have released a new display option called “FAQ List” in our latest release which displays the FAQ without the accordion as you requested.

Please do update the plugin to our latest version and try it. You can see the option in FAQ settings -> General -> Display Mode.

    Your feedbacks are highly appreciated

    Kind Regards.

    Hi @pauplesupport

    Thanks a lot.

I updated the plugin and tried the “FAQ List” option. But this site doesn’t show anything there.

I am using Elementor page builder and adding this shortcode [helpie_faq].

I checked with inspect Element and found that this div – <div class="elementor-shortcode"></div> doesn’t produce and content.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

    Hi Anjan,

    Thanks for your patience.

I just tested this on our local and was not able to reproduce your issue.

If you have written any CSS, try removing it temporarily and try this again. If the issue still pertains, can you please send us your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could have a look at this?

You can provide your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

Looking forward to hear from you.

    Kind Regards.
