Directory Listing, like a list with phone, email etc?

This plug in looks very promising for profile grids and individual profiles.
But I’m also needing to take some of the same data (actually extra data) and create an office “directory” which is just a listing, like a line by line listing comprise of name, phone, email and I’d like to somehow add that person’s secretary and vcard.
Is this something that could be accomplished through creating an alternative archive-staff.php file…a third template somehow? I would still need the regular grid layout and individuals.
