    Hello support team,

We’ve managed to sync the FTP files with our Media Library, but we’re encountering an issue with syncing directories. Specifically, although files from 2019 are present, our Media Library only displays files from 2024.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    Thank you.

Hello @flintstoned, it could depend on the date option it was selected. If “Default” was used, then all files would have current date. There is also “Smart file time” which would use year and month based on the folder in which files are located. But it’s all better explained in the UI.

    Hope it helps.

Hi Erol, thanks for the quick follow up!

Would it be wise to now import it again with that setting or need to undo something else first?

    Looking forward to your feedback.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way with this plugin. Since you can’t import files that are already imported and there is no “undo” option, at least not in the UI. So you could revert the database to the time before the import and do it again. But of course, this would revert everything else you worked on since then.
