Directions to Make sure I have right ID

    There is the overall GTM code and the container code. Ive used both GTM-“number” and without the GTM. Your tool refuses to connect or show its working. No documentation to tell me why. Frustrated. Should be easier.

    We’re sorry you’re having problems with our plugin, thank you for reaching out to us.

    You need the container ID in the following format: GTM-XXXXXXX.
    Have you checked the box that says “Use GTM instead?”

    To check if it is working we suggest using the Google Tag Assistant.

    If you are sure the settings are correct and it is still not working, can you please send us the website you’re having trouble with so that we can check that for you?
