Directions not working

    Love the plug in thankyou!

    When i log into the computer in mobile view it wont let me click on “directions”.

    Ive double checked my address details but it still doesnt seem to register?

    The phone button seems to be working fine

    I’m sorry to hear about your troubles with getting that to work. We’re doing some upgrades to this plugin (for the first time in a >year) next month, so we’re happy to address this.

    When you say:

    wont let me click on “directions”

    Do you mean after you’ve properly added your address in the wp-admin panel, when you mouse-over the “Directions” button, you’re unable to click, the cursor doesn’t change to a pointer/click-action, and your browsers status bar doesn’t show the destination of the link?

    If so, there’s likely a CSS issue that has to do with vertical positioning or a CSS conflict of the tags we used. If you could please provide details about what theme you’re using, or share your website link (if you don’t want to share link public you can email us at [email protected]), we might be able to target the issue.

    Opps sorry I didn’t respond! It turned out that the directions were working but only if I used the iPhone directly (once I made the website live). it wouldn’t show when I changed the customiser view to tablet or phone.
