    Hi,

I’m struggling with (so far) one seemingly basic function… displaying listings.. I let WordPress install the plug in automatically.. I have access to the admin area and I am learning how to properly populate a listing. On the main “listings” page, I see that I can have a variety of arrangements on the page.. and I am learning taxonomy, etc.

When I click on either of my 2 test listings, I get ERROR 404.

I learned that I needed a page with [listings] for the basics above to work.. I cannot find any instructions as to what short code is needed for a page to show listing details…

AND….. while I’m at it, after going here: https://impresslistings.com/ WOW! I love how the 2nd and 3rd samples appear.. how do I set that up??

    PLEASE!!

The two listings at the link go to the listings themselves at the time of this post. Sometimes, you have to refresh the permalink settings for plugins that use custom post types such as this one.

As for the way the listings show up on impresslistings.com in the 2nd and 3rd examples, that is done using our listing templates which are part of our child themes.

The child themes can be purchased through agentevolution.com. Take a look at our Turnkey solution to see if that would be a better option as we install, host, and maintain the site for you. All you need to do is enter your content and get things to your liking. If that is something you are interested in feel free to reach out to us in our live chat for more details!
