Direct URL

    n00b question —

    I have a menu item which links to a page. When I mouse over the menu item, I get a sub-item.

    When I edit the page, I see the following:

    <!– Name–>
    <div class=”blah-blah-blah-content”>
    <p id=”Name” class=”page-title”>Name</p>

    What I’d like to do is to be able to go to:

    https://www.mysite.com/name

    and get to that specific point.

    I’ve looked at anchor links, page jumps and a few other things but I can’t figure it out. Also, I was under the impression that I should be able to do :

    https://www.mysite.com/#name

    and get to what I want but that takes me to the top of the site as if I went to:

    https://www.mysite.com/
