Direct payments to different PayPal accounts using shipping address, Woocommerce

I have set up a woocommerce site selling products to countries all over the world. I can find numerous plugins which can do something similar to what I want but not exactly. I can’t believe no one has tried to do this before so I’m hoping someone can just point me in the direction of a relevant plugin.

Basically my client wants the customers payment to go to a different PayPal account dependent on their shipping address eg if the customer buys a product in the UK, the payment goes direct to the UK distributor and they can arrange delivery but if someone in the US for example buys a product the payment goes to the US distributors instead etc etc.

I’ve scoured the web and can’t find anything.
