Direct Pay with UPI App on Mobile is Not Working

I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with this UPI plugin. It works perfectly when customers pay by scanning a QR code. However, the real problem arises when customers attempt to make payments on a mobile device using any UPI app like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or any banking app. Every single customer, without exception, receives an infuriating “Payment Failed – Payment Limit Exceeded” error message.
I want to make it clear that this issue is not on the customer’s side. It’s not the banks causing the problem. It’s unequivocally a flaw within this plugin. This isn’t just one or two isolated incidents; it’s happened to more than five customers who’ve tried to make payments through UPI apps on their mobile devices. What’s even more frustrating is that if the customer attempts a regular payment using their UPI ID or a QR code, it goes through without a hitch. The problem lies squarely with this plugin, and it’s becoming incredibly exasperating.
