Direct link to FAQ’s not working

    Hi adamgonz,

    After you activated pretty permalinks, did you refresh the WordPress permalinks?

    To do this, click “Settings” (in the left side WordPress admin menu), then “Permalinks”. Don’t change anything on the page, instead scroll down to the bottom and click the Save button.

    Yes, I did do that before opening this issue. I went ahead and did it again, just to double check. The problem still exists.
    What would you suggest next?

    Hi Adam,

    You mentioned that you have set the slug base to “faq”, however, on your FAQ page you will notice the slug base set as “single-faq”. Could you please check again, and try replacing the slug with “faq” and see if that works.
