Direct filesystem access

Hi there!
I want to make the Direct filesystem access working for the Loco Translate. But I can’t figure out what user needs to have which rights to which directories ?? The WordPress articles your documentation is referring to are absent ??
Please help!
I will set these permissions myself, I just need to know which and where ??
