Direct Email Replies for Appointment Request Notifications

Currently, I have implemented a system where employees receive email notifications for reservation requests. These notifications include all relevant details about the appointment.
In some cases, the employee may need to respond to the request—either to ask for additional information or to address a question included in the notes. To streamline this process, it would be ideal if employees could simply reply to the notification email, and their response would be automatically sent to the person who requested the appointment.
To enable this functionality, the email notification would need to include a “Reply-To” header containing the email address of the person who made the appointment request.
Is this feature currently achievable within the existing system?
