Direct downloads and visual editor not working

  • After updating to 3.0.3 all my download links stop functioning. When clicking on the link it brings you back to the home page. I was told suffixing all the URL with a trailing slash. How to fix that?

    The Visual editor is also disabled. I am using Arjuna theme and wanted to replace the header image. Normally replacing the original image would do it, but it keeps showing the original one.
