Direct Download not Working

    I built my test site using the free version of your plugin. Everything worked fine. Last week I upgraded to the paid version to remove the watermark, and the download stopped working. I get the link to download my pdf but nothing happens, it continue to the next page.

    How do I get my priority support? I am using version 2.1.10
