    When a customer uses paypal plus and select direct debit, when is the order marked as paid? At the moment it seams that i dont see any transaction on my paypal account and also the order stay at “unpaid” status.

    If everything is working, shouldn’t the order be marked as paid right away and paypal handle the rest?

    What could be the issue that all paypal plus orders via direct debit stay open and i dont see any transactions.

    Inside the paypal plus plugin logs, i also dont see any errors

    PS: when i open paypal plus settings, i see strange error on top of the settings, maybe it is related:

    I tested it by myself and for me it was working. Some customers seems to have issues … maybe anyone else have same issue.

    We will remove that message with the next update. There was an issue with our server. That message does not have any effect on the plugin functions. It’s just a note for the admin
