• If “Direct bank transfer” payment option is selected on checkout customized on-hold email does not include “Account details” therefore customer have no idea where to send money.

    It doesn’t work. When I set that hook it always shows me “Other plugin information”. It doesnt matter if I choose “before” “after” or “meta”.

    We were doing exactly like that video guide so it worked pretty well, it all sent to our email with show Direct bank transfer information. If you have seen that display other plugin information it is just how they display on email template. you have to choose email template and do like that video guide and order product and press place order then you will see them display in customer’s email.Y
