    Unfortunately no.

    File access is outside the ability of WordPress to control in any simple way. There are some tricks we are considering for the PSC’s currently-in-development successor (using a dynamically generated .htaccess to redirect requests and control access) but right now, with the current version of PSC, it’s not possible.
