Dipescriptions Not Displaying

I understand that product descriptions are not showing on your site’s front-end, and even after switching to default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, the issue still persists, correct?

Checking this product, I was able to verify the issue as seen below:

On my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, this is how it’s displayed on my end. The Short Description is below the product price while the longer Description is displayed at the bottom of the product area along with the other tabs.

As a first step, please make sure that these fields are filled up under Products > Edit area.

If yes, for us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I understand that your product descriptions are not being displayed on your single product page, is this correct?

After checking your site, I inspected the browser console to see if there was any CSS that may have been added to hide the product description and description tab text from being displayed, however couldn’t find anything.

Checking further, I altered the page color via the browser console and managed to find that the both the Product description text, as well as the Description tab text are both in white, which is causing the issue:

It appears that the Heateor plugin is conflicting with the <p> tag and is adding the social icons are being added multi times on the same page.

You can try disabling the Heateor plugin, or alternatively, adding the following CSS to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS to get these displaying again:

To display the description tab text:

.woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs li a {
    color: black !important

To display product description:

#tab-description > p {
    color: black
}

You were absolutely correct about the text color.
It was set to white. Therefore it was not showing up in the white background even though it was physically there.
I used the customizer and changed the white text to black.
Issue solved.
