Dim to lighten effect

Hello,
I am thinking about purchasing this plugin, however there is specific effect that I am looking for. If you can tell me that this plugin can accomplish this, I will purchase it. I want to create a box that is already dimmed from before with a caption showing on it, then when you hover over it, the dim goes away and the box becomes lightened up. You can see what I mean here: gotyourbacktotalhealth.com, click on the services menu and it will tale you to the boxes I am referring to.
