Digital Products: No download links in my successful orders

    Hi,

    I have been using WooCommerce to sell digital products and it has been working fine. Recently however all orders go through but the customer never gets a digital link to download. The link on the order and receipt takes them to the product page in my shop.

    I’ve reviewed ALL settings, re-uploaded my file several times and can’t find the error.

    Can someone help?

    Do you remember making any changes before this issue started – e.g. updating and/or activating plugins?

    Can you temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
