Digital product download link doesn’t work

Hi,

I have a digital workbook (a PDF file) in my shop. When a customer purchases the product, they get a confirmation email with a download link.The download link opens my blog index and doesn’t download anything (the URL is long and starts (?download_file=947&order=wc_order_2PIHZqaD…. but the page displayed is the blog index).

On the product edit page, the workbook is marked as a virtual and downloadable product. The file URL under “Downloadable files” is correct. In WooCommerce Downloadable products settings, the file download method is Force Downloads.

Why is the download link not working?
