Digital Downloads – Per User or Per File PayPal?

  • Is there a plugin or someway to do digital downloads with the ability to set the PayPal option on a per user or per file basis?

    For example, most eCommerce plugins allow digital downloads but I believe there is only one global admin field for a PayPal gateway.

    Anyone know of a plugin that allows user-based or file-based PayPal gateway?
