Digital downloads not marked complete (paypal)

  • I have some digital-only products. Payments are being successfully completed through paypal, however, there are no download links on the order received page OR the email sent to the customer.

    All orders on the WP back end are in the “on-hold” status. I have to manually click the check mark to complete the order (even though the money has been successfully collected by paypal – I’ve verified this). Once I click the check mark, an email is sent to the customer with the download links.

    Searching google resulted in little assistance. The only solution I found was to make sure your WP database prefix is “wp_” which mine is already.

    Any thoughts?

    I should note that my paypal IPN is set up correctly. It’s returning HTTP 200 codes which = successful IPN requests.
