Digital Downloads, Cloud server

We are working on a digital download page, and due to the size of the files we are using IceDrive to host the zip files.

I want to force downloads, however once everything is configured when I click to download the link it seems to remove the first portion of the URL and uses only the content after the last / forward slash. How can I turn this off so the full link (the zip drive itself) is downloaded
