Digital Downloads are Not Sent

I bought wpStoreCart some time ago and Digital Downloads are not sent after purchase. I contacted you and you said it was a problem on my server – my server people said it was a problem with your product – so NO HELP. I hate it when tech people pass the buck … can you SUGGEST to me why upon completing a purchase of a Digital Download it would not be sent? The downloads are in the correct directory and there are no error messages posted in the process. I like wpStoreCart but this ONE THING is keeping me for really using it (paid for) for what I need…. thanks for your help ….
