Digital Download Question

I need a plugin that will help me sell digital content and was wondering if Paid Membership Pro would work for me. I would like people to be able to click on a website link to buy an Mp4 video file then get a link where they can download it only one time to prevent them from passing the link on to other people. Would Paid Membership Pro be able to do that and if so, exactly how would it work? I use PayPal for my orders.
