• I have installed this plug-in but cannot find the Digital Download option in my PayPal account.

If I am not logged into PayPal and click on the link in the PlugIn Settings it just takes me to a main page to sign up for a business account. https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/digital-products
If I then log in I am not taken to any options page.

If I am logged into PayPal and then click the link it says Page Not Found. The link is slightly different to the one above (no US)

I searched PayPal Help (which is a nightmare) and saw the Digital Downloads option under Seller Preferences. I couldn’t see that option in my profile so I upgraded from Premier to Business but I still cannot see that option.

This is what my Seller Preferences choices are:

    Selling online

PayPal buttons Manage my payment buttons.
Credit card statement name – My business name on card statements is:
Sales tax – Set up sales taxes for multiple regions.
Custom payment pages – Set up PayPal payment pages to look like my website.
Website preferences – Return customers to my website after they pay with PayPal.
API access – Manage API credentials to integrate my PayPal account with my online store or shopping cart.
Invoice templates – Create and manage my invoices.

Getting paid and managing my risk

My automatic payments – Manage the subscriptions and automatic payments that I offer my customers.
Instant payment notifications – Integrate PayPal payment notifications with my website.
Block payments – Limit payments, add instructions, and more.
Customer service message – Create a personalised message for customer disputes.

I tried a test with a button created via the PlugIn nevertheless but the pop-up gave an error saying I am not set up for digital downloads.

Thank you so much for any assistance with this.
    Regards, Mandy
