Digital Download Not Working

    Hello, I’m having an issue with the virtual – digital product.

    Customers can successfully place the order but the download is not listed in the account, on the successful order page, or on the email.

    We tried the following to fix the issue:
    – deactivated all plugins except woocommerce
    – Updated WooCommerce plugin
    – Updated WordPress to latest version
    – checked WooCommerce settings
    – created New product for download
    – changed SMTP settings
    – Changed theme to default
    – Copied website to new hosting provider.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Also, if there’s any, could you share with us your Errors log? You can find them by navigating to WooCoomerce> Status > logs.

    Once you’ve done that, paste them here in your response.

    Could you share a screenshot of your downloadable products settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products)?

    Also, please make sure that downloadable is checked in the product edit page?

    I tested the affected product page, got to the checkout, and received a successful order email

    without

    a download link.

    To address the issue, I recommend going to WooCommerce > Tools > Verify database Tables and Clear transients.
