• OK I am new to WP but in time I will get a handle on it. To make life a bit easier I started with Bold Grid though I am not sure that was all that much help.

My question is about compatible e store for digital downloads. I know what I want and there appears to be some plugins that might work. But the indication of it being untested for my version of WP causes me concern particularly if I have to purchase it to find out what is in it. I think I heard Nancy say something like that once and look what that got us.

In any case, I was hoping that you better informed users out there could tell me if you know of some rather flexible plugins to be compatible with Bold Grid and WP 4.4 that will handle secure digital download through email with a custom email to allow for additional instructions. Be nice if it was easy to setup as well. I am currently trying to use iSell and it falls short on features or at least it appears to based on what I see.

Just a follow up to my inquiry. Thus far BoldGrid is just a basket of problems. They continue to try and find solutions but this fruit was picked too early and was released before it was ready. Frankly, I believe most of their problems are centered around the staging plugin that comes in the package of plugins. It is supposed to allow you to build a website non-live site (staged) and then deploy it to your live website. I have done this a page at a time because the functionality is broken to work as it was intended.

Hi gcodom, my name is Tim S with the Customer Community department with InMotion Hosting. BoldGrid is our plugin and we’re happy to help you in any way we can. Also, our Support Department is equipped to support any questions about BoldGrid you may have. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime as well.

    Tim S,
I’m using BoldGrid with the Hydra theme. In the installed plugins, I see BoldGrid Gallery listed but I can’t figure out how to access it. It is listed in a shade of blue – does that mean it is not accessible?

I am building a staging site at the link below, but the staging site only displays properly when I’m logged in to my BoldGrid account: https://clivesoden.com/bg_clivesoden.com

I contacted InMotion. Problem solved. Thanks.
