Digital Content & Pay-Per-View

We have set up an e-commerce store with word press. I am trying to add a digital product for “pay-per-view” I have the correct html added into the Digital Product URL set up for my product. I have correctly set up page to buy it however after i purchase it for a test on the thank you page there is no link for me to view the video. I would appreciate any help on solving this problem – Zach
